Try doing /claim when in game, and this should fix the problem/

Hi! I see JustSoDank got here before I did, but as he said please try doing ./claim while in game. From there please follow the directions that the link gives you. After you complete these steps....if you did not get the rank within 15 minutes please make a support ticket about the issue. Sorry that you are having this problem, let me know if I can help!

If you are talking about an in game rank such as god or titan you might have lost it after the yearly reset that took place if this is not what you are talking about sorry for bothering you
