Under consideration is the term used when the admins/dacon hasn't decided whether the suggestion would be added in or not; it is the default tag that every suggestion gets. If it gets enough upvotes, and they decide they want to add it in, it will display "Done", or if it is being worked on, then "planned".

Not yet, I'm a little bit busy currently. Your parents might have multiple reasons for why they won't let you, but whatever they say is best. If they don't think you should have discord, then you shouldn't have discord.

Don't worry, eventually, you'll be able to use discord. It's a great platform. Especially the Manacube discord. Pretty funny things happen on there :)

In factions, when someone sends a tpa request (you tp to them), and then they kill you. This is currently allowed on factions, and I believe KitPvP only.

As @Qubs said above, I believe that it still should be a part of the game. It's a part of factions, and a part of the game. It's not the nicest thing, and it sucks to lose your gear, but it shouldn't be bannable on factions. On any other server (besides KitPvP) it shouldn't and isn't allowed, but on factions I think it should stay that way.
