I personally don't have any type of insomnia, but I'd suggest listening to whatever music you like while you sleep. It doesn't necessarily have to be calming; my playlist includes heavy metal with screaming/growling vocals and very fast-paced rap, but generally whatever you like will be helpful.

To put down you Device you need to contact your brain and force your hand to use it senses and drop the phone that’s in your hand after doing that put your head on your pillow and.....
Go To Bed.
Also make sure to fully turn your phone off or it’s going to just persuade you to turn it on again and nobody wants you to keep using your phone excessively
