Connection to the West Coast US

Hello, in the past few days myself as-well as a few friends that live on the west coast have been experiencing drops about once every 30-60min. This may be my own connection issue but I think not as I am able to easily connect to other servers during this time. Once I'm dropped I wont be able to ping the server for a few minutes and when I do it takes me forever to load in. This is a big issue to me because it is effecting my gameplay as-well as my experience as a whole.
