Not reaching the minimum limit on forum posts doesn't necessarily mean that they wont be accepted, they've been some staff members who were accepted with less posts.

By this point, he's already been decided. He was extremely low when it came to 90% of the requirements ( I looked at his application, and not only that, it was kind of small and poorly written ) so by now, he's probably been rejected already. He just has to be more cautious when applying for a position, especially if the requirements are written down already.
