Gemshop new command?

Hi minevast vote weather or not /fly should go in the /gemshop for 300-500 gems because it will encourage players to vote.

No because Fly is only for donors who paid IRL money (VIP+) so I dont think so because Gems you can obtain in many different ways :P (Killing People/Mobs, Buying them from other players etc..)
