All requirements for sr.mod and all the other staff ranks
An extremely good reputation.
Probably need to have joined mana 1-2 (at least) years prior to application
Little to no bans/warnings
Need to have discord
There are different “specialties” that each admin is assigned, from marketing to more of the “programming the server” approaches, so you need to know your “specialty” well
Also, you are probably required to know how to program in Java, or at least mod Java Minecraft.
Need a really good understanding of how mana and all of its realms work
Also, you could just ask an admin, like Swrds

As @skydude1234 said tou can probably just ask an admin, most of them are pretty chill and would probably tell you the requirements that they can tell you.
However you'd probably have to work your way up from all other staff ranks:
Helper
Moderator
Moderator+
SrMod
you'd have to get promoted through all of those to even have a shot at admin, so getting admin is very time consuming and probably could take YEARS.
