Yes. But it will set you back around 1000 cubits at least on survival. Have to ask the right people to buy them.

Doesn't have bane of spiders 10, also, it's not an unbreakable season vault access, it has unbreaking 10. Also, for some reason, it has fortune 5. So yeah, it's very, very old. It's from the 2019 Freedom crate, the Mineville one.

There are only 21 Freedom axes in circulation according to /manaitems, but that's not always accurate. Either way, it's extremely rare to see someone sell one. I've only seen one guy selling one recently, and it was for 1500 cubits. People don't sell unless it's an overpay, or they really need cubits or some other season vault access.

Are there are other good items that are less rare

On survival, the best sword is a Grouden, which like I've said, sells for roughly 180c-300c depending on which sharpness level it is. Next to no other swords can match it, due to it's ability of no knockback. But any season vault access swords with sharp 8 does a substantiable amount of damage. Best if you get lifesteal on the sword, so you can regenerate more in battles.
