Why do you want to become staff?
I spent a good amount of time on Earth, and I feel like Earth definitely needs more staff! As I'm from England I rarely see staff on. I'm polite, mature and want to create a positive and welcoming environment for new and current players. I'm active in the chat every day. Welcoming and helping new players! I am motivated to assist new players as they join the server, guiding them through the game mechanics, server rules, and community to ensure they have a smooth and enjoyable start.

I've been playing since 2022.
How many hours a week can you dedicate to Manacube? I can dedicate 40+ hours a week on Earth.
What skills do you feel you have that will help the server?
The skills I can use to help the server is communication, I have excellent communication skills. Another skill is I'm a very patient person, so if a player is having a hard time understanding something, I will never lose my cool with them. Also, problem solving, I can adapt to a situation good or bad. I want to use my skills to improve the overall player experience. Whether it’s through resolving or supporting players, I am eager to contribute to making the server a better and safe place for everyone.
What experiences have you had which could help you as staff? As a carpenter, dealing with unexpected challenges and making quick decisions to adapt plans is a daily task. This experience hones problem-solving skills, which are crucial for addressing server issues, moderating conflicts, and managing unforeseen situations on the server. 1. My excellent problem solving skill.
As a carpenter my day to day life consists of problem solving; having to deal with other trades making mistakes, making my job harder and then having to change the original plan. There's so much that could and does go wrong on jobs and because of my quick decision thinking the job gets done, which I feel like I could easily implement into the server. I remain calm and composed under pressure, handling stressful situations without letting them affect my performance or decision-making.
2. Maturity and Responsibility.
I consistently demonstrate accountability in my actions, taking responsibility for both successes and mistakes. This reliability makes me a trusted figure among players and staff, as they know they can count on me to handle tasks and resolve issues effectively. I take full ownership of my assigned tasks, ensuring they are completed to the best of my ability. Whether it's moderating chat, handling player reports, or managing events, I see my responsibilities through from start to finish. I take pride in my work as a carpenter.
3. Transparency.
I am honest and transparent in my communications, ensuring that others are informed and that my actions are clear and understandable. When resolving conflicts, I handle the process transparently, allowing all parties to understand how and why a resolution is reached, which builds fairness and trust.
