I have a few simple ideas, one is that we need need more Cm's for kit-pvp, and and i forgot about the other one... Darn! hmm I'll post a comment on this post if i remember it... lol

If you are referring to Community Managers when you say CM then. I have a few things to say. Said position is a hard one to get along with the fact that you must have experience and skills with plugin/server management along with the fact that you most probably must be trusted/well known on the server. (I'm also pretty sure that in order to become a CM, you must first be apart of the staff team as either a Moderator or Administrator).

I was not thinking myself for a CM but someone that is already/was staff, like Hydro, Zane, Blazingsea, Unrefind.
