This is kinda late, but if you want to see the profitability of each kingdom, there is a /warp Kingdoms Redstone would be the most profitable without using any perk keys to get workers, however if you were to be willing to spend money on perk keys, then I'd recommend the obsidian.

The ore gens will produce the same amount of ore (diamond, iron, etc.) and cobble for everybody. It is a constant, that doesn't change for anybody regardless of rank, MCMMO level, or island level.

I think that the killing of the mobs individually is probably the most balanced method of having spawner's. Otherwise, lag may arise, afk'ing might become really op, and the issue of your mob spawner's being virtually the same at 5 of 20 is still prevalent. As the to chunk difference for ranks...

If I had to guess, I would assume it's because of ore gens. Otherwise, people might be accidentally breaking their gens all the time :oops:.
