+1. I believe that this idea would give players the opportunity to see how it is to actually participate in a fight with god gear, but with the ability to not lose anything.

This is so true there have been way too many glitches on this KitPvP and I feel like it has the potential to be a lot better than it currently is but staff doesn't care enough to do anything about it. Hopefully, this gets the attention it deserves, +1.

I ended up dying though and I have a clip of it. The part about logging though since I wasn't in combat is true.

I ender pearled and glitched into a block which caused me to suffocate to death, losing everything I had in my inventory (shown in the clip). The gear had protection 3, unbreaking 3, fire protection 3, and projectile protection 3 with depth strider 3 on the boots and the sword had sharpness 3...

I was fighting a player and after eating a soup my sword just disappeared out of my inventory.
