I'd recommend making a support ticket here: https://manacube.com/support. Try relogging, and it might come back after the reboot. If it still isn't there, then making a support ticket is the fastest way to get it resolved. Sorry for the late response @TristanDG!

Are you sure you purchased it on the correct server? We have 2 separate Skyblock servers, are you able to confirm you bought it on the gamemode you play? (Oasis or Aztec).

you should do /title to put the name tag on
