Does staff really not care?

I was hoping that playing kitpvp on manacube would be a smaller community, maybe a bit friendlier than the larger servers, but it seems that its an extremely toxic community, and the staff don't seem to care about anyone hacking. Have they just given up on banning hackers?

Staff do care it's just most staff members here don't pvp on 1.8., and we do need more staff members on Kit, it's just not many people apply. If you feel like someone is hacking, report them in a support ticket and or on discord in #help or dm a mod on discord.

There simply aren't enough staff members on kit, and the staff we have often have other servers that they are also staff on, which have more responsibilities and issues to deal with. We don't actually have a very powerful anti cheat, and there's a constant influx of hackers while staff can't be on 24/7.

Please report hackers, even if there are no specific kitpvp staff online.
/helpop works best for this, as we can see reports easier that way, and we can forward them to kit staff so they can take care of it as soon as possible. I do understand the frustration with a lack of kit staff, but understand that they do a lot for their community. Nihilxstic and IceJellyIce also have multiple servers to staff, not just kit. They do everything they can, and for that I applaud them.

As Katrina said, helpOP, helpOP, helpOP. KitPvP is an underplayed and understaffed server, meaning A. hackers can wreak more havoc, and B. hackers can hack for longer, as there aren't many if any staff to prevent this from happening. However, you are one command away from alerting ALL staff that you have a hacker on your server. This works on all servers, so in the case that there are no staff on your current server, remember /helpop and you'll save yourself and others plenty of trouble.
