OMG! so sorry should have googled it before I posted the stupid question! So the way I understand it I got banned for using some kind of software for autokicking... I don't want to judge your actions I think you did the right thing but I was just looking at a video on my second screen while I was grinding.

Ah ok fair enough, we encourage players to keep an eye on their main screen so they can react to their environment otherwise it does look like autoclicking. You may appeal your ban here http://forums.manacube.com/forums/ban-appeals/ and explain the full situation.
