    Hi, are you trying to log into manacube? Or go into a gamemode? The IP is Play.Manacube.net And you must be on 1.8.9 through 1.14.4. You can only do so from PC minecraft. If you happen to log in you can select a gamemodeby choosing the compass in your inventory , walking to the NPC with the gamemode you wish to join or walk into the water-server selector portal until a menu pops up.     If you meet all of the criteria that Sil has listed, it should be a simple as right clicking the compass in your inventory which will bring up a gui showing all the gamemodes, and you simply choose which gamemode you would like to play.
