The bot we use is Crystal Development Factions Bot Premium, though is costs money, but it comes with many other features. You can find that in this discord. There is also a free bot (I believe it's still free) that you should be able to invite on discord to your server, and it should work...

The server definitely needs a reset... Even if you eliminate 90% of Royal's value right now (did the math), Royal would still be in first place. The economy is completely broken, the server often experiences huge lag spikes, and there are times when there are about 10 real players on the server...
