I am unsure if this situation is any worse than normal adults having the same conversation. If anything, I feel like with a younger audience comes a more open minded audience, which in turns leads to a more productive and insightful conversation.

+1, adding onto that, I would say hours should only count (on parkour) if the player is actively moving. Where it is right now, I feel like the leaderboard doesn't mean as much considering people can sit there for however long they want.
