We now have a way for anyone to get access to /setwarp. Unfortunately, it is through real-life currency. This is a great suggestion (and trust me, I miss being able to set warps a lot) but i just feel the method we have is the best for everyone.

You can always go to another biome. Exploring is something minecraft is made for, and with /home it makes exploring even easier.

I am working on it. Right now it looks pretty good in your favor. The reason you were banned was because when they were looking at the people who modified the wall, you showed up since you built on the wall to climb it. Everything is holding up right now, just stay patient please :) Good luck :D
