If you are honestly going to complain about staff having problems, you should at least give some effort to explain your case. Making a single line post with a title does nothing except show you obviously didn't care enough to demonstrate even what was wrong with the staff in the first place...

Yes, this was caused by you changing your name. Your Donated Rank can be returned, simply claim it in the store. Your In-Game Parkour Rank, Gems, Score, etc. Will Not be returned, as they are still all associated with your old name, and that is the way you can get it back.
