What hallow says is very true. Unfortunately, there aren't as many staff who can handle factions-related issues due to the lack of staff on Factions specifically. Mods from other game modes can only do so much- they basically have the same permissions a helper would (correct me if I'm wrong.)...

I’m confident that it isn’t the intention of any mods to ignore players. There are many reasons as to why a mod may not respond to a request/report. The best solution I can think of is to repeat yourself because sometimes things do get buried in chat!

Also, if you believe if a mod has abused their power you can file a staff report. Staff cannot punish without evidence, and if they are it should be reported to the admins privately.

How the heck do u burn water? It's alright, I once set a rag on fire... the pan was rlly hot so I was given a rag to wrap around the handle, but then the rag started smoking and caught fire- Moral of the story, don't touch hot pans without wearing proper hand protection that isn't flammable :P

You need to do ./rename, and then just use the same colour codes you use to change the colours of your nickname. Here is a helpful guide with a full list of all the colour codes!

Recently there was an update/change made to the server resource pack that changes how rank titles appear in tab and in chat. I believe they should be changed back to how they were before- the titles are hard to see since it's a small font size and the contrast is low which makes it harder to see...

I totally agree with this! I've seen this behaviour and unfortunately, it happens on all the gamemodes from what I've observed- I've also heard similar things from my friends- talking about how certain players are only nice to players who are the same rank as them. I myself sometimes get annoyed...

Dacon went to prison for breaking the EULA- removes paid unbans/unmutes from the webstore but is secretly accepting bribes from banned players so they can be unbanned ;)
