Hello @Mega_Green_steve! If you're talking about above water, then no. It's completely unlimited as you can actually go to the other islands, however you won't be able to enter them if that island owner has locked their island. If you're talking about underwater, then yes, the water goes down...

I'm not entirely sure how popular it would be on Manacube. We used to have Skyward, but I believe it was shut down because it wasn't popular enough, however the server has become a lot more popular, so who knows. If you really believe this, you should make a suggestion here...

When I think of Elite I think of some sort of cyan colour. It's also coloured that when you click on the rewards section when in the TeamTreew chest (left click it - it shows the rewards and in the top right it shows the rewards for the top tree planters)
