Haunted Manor - I didn't do Winter Wonderland up until recently (had to do it on my alt so I technically have never completed it on my main). I just find Haunted Manor easy to speedrun probably because it's the one I did first and it's the one I've done the most by far.

Practice jumps on your plots, especially ones you see on experts that give you the hardest time. Work on consistency through checkpoints as opposed to just practicing each jump, so maybe build a small section of the map and work on doing it all in one try. Good luck!
