Well currently, for most games at the moment you can basically get away with a 980 or 980TI even. The 10 series is just about future proofing your PC so you don't have to upgrade for another 3-4 years.

It honestly just depends on what your budget is, and what sort of performance you're trying to get out of it, like, specifically what game benchmarks are you trying to hit with a hardware upgrade. If you give me a few more details I can recommend a bit better.

I shouldn't even be wasting my time replying to this post, but regardless, here we go... You guys do understand that it was a requirement as part of EULA compliance we were forced to split ranks up for specific servers right? As in, it wasn't a choice we made, for money reasons or otherwise.

I actually quite like the added mechanic, because it both requires and allows for more interesting farm designs. It does get fairly uninteresting when you just copy and paste the same farm designs on your island server after server.
