Custom enchants & towny quests
1) you can get custom Enchants from purchasing from other players, MVP+ kits, or the enchanter. you can't get them from tables. 2) yes, and iirc only the mayor receives the rewards as well -

Make server resource pack optional
I don't see why we would really need it in the first place. Unless it like installs a virus on our computer that forces us to buy cubits, there's no reason why this shouldn't be a thing. I also would be a big fan of this change since I am not exactly a fan of some textures, as I'm sure others...- Spogger
