50 gems per plot sounds good, what if we make the price higher for the second one? Like 50 gems for the first extra plot, 60 gems for the second extra plot, 70 for the next etc.?

It would definitely be a good idea to have the plugin back, but only if you can toggle it. Since it's annoying for builders when they place stairs, and they automatically glitch their way in the block itself, but for roleplays it's a really good idea. We'll see how this works out later c:

Do you mean like, only players that are C+ or higher can join? If so, realize that a lot of the C+ builders aren't 'advanced' builders, since I'm B and I'm not 'advanced' at all..

I think this is a pretty good idea, actually. Everyone will be able to build as much as they want, as long as they pay for it in gems (greedy me). The plots should also be quite expensive, not just a 'give away'. Think about some prices, perhaps?
