Hello, it's called a keystone, you can open it by typing either /keystone or /menu either works!

It depends on your graphics card, RAM and CPU, this also is accompanied by what chunk you are in, for example if you are in a chunk with spawners you will lag more than you do in a chunk without them, if you can record this happening then I might be able to assist you further, other than that...

Finally finished my spawner off on Olympus and my fps is non existent lol
