Well I tested it and it doesn't 100% break but it definitely is a bit glitchy, occasionally hits don't register and the jump boost can glitch you back down to the ground

They don't usually take over a week, it all depends on the staff member's schedule who took your appeal. Could be 2 days or a week, but we ask that you remain patient throughout the process :)

I have also noticed this, it worked well at first but now some sections go completely unloaded and buttons don't work until the page finishes rendering about 10 seconds later

Applying for Twitch or Creator rank is the same process as applying for the Youtuber rank, they would specify which they want there! And if they want it changed (I haven't personally seen this happen) I'm sure they could get it changed on request if they provide the info for it.
