Earlier this month, I bought VIP, and lost my rank on Prison. I got it back though. I donated for Legend earlier today, and I do not have an Imprisoned rank. I used to be rank O or N, if anyone is nice enough to restore that.

That's the thing.. Whenever i type /rankup, a message pops up in chat saying, "You are not allowed to rank up". I was H rank before I donated, but now I just have VIP, nothing else.

I've recently donated for VIP. I logged onto prison to claim my donation rank, but my prison rank broke. My only prefix in chat is "[VIP]", I am not A through Z ranks.
