That is a very tough question. The goal of the EULA is to eliminate unfair advantages given via donations, and that is a respectable goal... But that comes with a price. Servers cannot exist without donations. With that being said, cosmetics and in game vanity items are the end game of the EULA...

Voting has forever been removed. Server owners will now have to replace voting with other methods such as daily claimable rewards, etc.

If you are talking about /speed in creative, I agree that all VIP's and VIP+'s should have access to it. Parkour, however, is a different story. The EULA aims to remove "pay to win" aspects of Minecraft, such as paying to make parkour easier with /speed.
