All I can say is that aether gets more staff attention than Atlas. We still have staff comming over once in a while. Like Hallow said, you can always contact staff in case of need. Appart from that, I am applying for Olympus staff. So I can hopefully make your experience better if I get accepted!

I think every person who wants to be staff should have a mindset like this. I feel like some people want staff just to be staff. While feeling connected to the server is definitly a must in my opinion!
