I feel like this is highly unlikely, until Mojang adds something like transfer packets. I doubt an Asia or EU server would be implemented. Bedrock Edition already has transfer packets however, Java Edition does not at the moment.

I'd say its your own responsibility to know that it had a chance to break, there's even a "x% destroy chance" on the book, so it's there for you. You could also use success dust in the future to get a better chance, you can find out how to get that here.
