I'm sure a Moderator told me rank transfers weren't aloud however I'm not too sure what he was referring to because he didn't exactly make it the easiest to read.

I don't think ranks transfers are aloud, however I could be wrong.

Exactly, a revamp is all it needed. Like Skywars, it was quite dead but then the big revamp happened and it gets lots of players.
