I believe it's so that other people can give their ranking of the application. This way, if someone was rejected, thy can see other users ideas and try to change it up. So someone could suggest, for example, "try to interact more with players" and then the user who applied can take that into...

Has anyone else been getting major block lag every now and again? Or is it just me? When I try to build up high, or anywhere for that matter, the blocks occasionly dissapear and I either fall to my death or into water, which is annoying. Can you guys let me know if any of you have the same...
