I think all the voting sites are only able to vote every 24 hours now. have been testing it out for a couple of days already and it seems that all site resets at a 24hour mark!!

If you were to look at News and Announcements on the forum and scroll through to find different servers reset, you can see that there are a RESET VAULT where specific items can be brought to the next season!

I think it is good as it is as what ice mentioned. You are able to just mine it out, keep it in the chest and sell it later when you meet the game ranks.

If u are looking to get the pickaxe I don't think it is going to work without video proof. But if u are looking to find out and resolve the issue, i think the staffs can help you.
