Hello! I am assuming this is on the KitPvP server so all you have to do is to go the shop and claim your kitpvp rank. This is in the subsections is you don't see it the first time.

They are pvp plugins which I am fine with but Dacon makes bank off of Minevast(Because of the beast donations) so he can just upgrade the server.
