Cubits are essentially used as a form of real currency. If they could be obtained via in-game means, especially that easily, then I doubt many people would actually donate and spend money on the server.

Yeah, I think having a channel in Discord or something would be more suited for this purpose. An entire section on the forums would probably be very inactive and quite pointless.
