Is KitPvP broken? When will this be fixed?

I have recorded the VIP+ rank known in game as Alchema using almost 5 blocks of reach to kill someone in the spawn pool. Cant fit the video in because NVIDIA Clips 5 whole minutes whenever I hit the button, however I will be posting it on my youtube which I will put at the end of this post...
