Honestly parents are stressing because they have to homeschool their children. I've been homeschooled for 2-3 years? and my dad has his moments with it. But it's pretty good

I mean I think so. Because schools in Australia are shutting down, what else are you gonna do? You can't really let your child get off school until the virus has calmed down
I feel that, I live in a semi small city and up until like a week ago there was not any cases in my province let alone my city. Now we're all on lockdown and the amount of people in my city goes up like 5 or 10 cases every day.
