add a /suggest in game

What this does is bring up a list of things like...

/suggestion (suggest something)
/suggest look (looks to see how many suggestions are in front of your's.
/suggest delete (deletes your suggestion,make sure to say the number your suggestion is.)

Example of good and bad suggestion

Good: /suggestion do another parkour and seek.
Bad: /suggestion mute Noah
If being abused, the consequences are
/suggestion is disabled for 1 week only 4 you.
/suggestion could lead up to a 1 day ban / mute second time
/suggestion cannot reduce your mute if you /suggestion reduce your mute.

Those are the ones i got in mind oh and also
make a swear filter on the discord like in game.

There's a #suggestion chat in Discord, and an "Ideas and Feedback" thread on the website. I don't really see a point for this <3. I see your point, but it would just create too many outlets for people to post suggestions, and then some of them would get lost.
