Yes, this sword is allowed on the server. They purchased a ‘Ancient Sword’ with tokens after completing the Ancient Trials, (/trials or /Olympus-Trials) you need to be at least ‘Warrior’ rank to enter the trials.

Once they purchase the sword, they applied custom enchantments from /ce onto the sword. This is a totally legitimate sword, and is allowed.
