The monthly crates were removed from factions due to the only way being able to get them was to buy them with cubits. However there are many other ways they could let people get those crates, for example you could make them purchasable for actual money, souls, mana, maybe make them a low chance from events like KOTH and envoys. Right now the only way you can get seasonal items is by purchasing them from other players for crazy amounts of cubits. Because you can't get seasonals anymore it just is driving up the price of them and is making it not possible for people to obtain anymore. There are tons of ways they could add the crates into factions again next season and really hope they add some way of getting them.
