Add a cooldown to enderpearls in earth /warp pvp

Can there be a cooldown added to enderpearls in warp PvP? Possibly a 5-8 second one. I constantly have to deal with people jumping into PvP, and instantly pearling away the instant I hit them, and it gets really annoying after a while and also makes it very unfun, many other people would agree with me.

I’ve never lost to ItalianF22…. It’s just annoying how he e-pearls away when he is low. Do ur research
