Add /bin to Earth

It would be nice to have a /bin that I could put the rubbish from my inventory into so I dont have to drop stacks on stacks of tuff (along with a handful of other annoying items or blocks that cannot be sold/are hard to get rid of). Plus I know /ci is a thing but I dont always wanna clear my whole inv just a handful of items.

/trash is on other realms so should be easy to add

Added this you can use either /trash or /disposal to easily remove unwanted items
