Everyone is different so some people will not find this helpful at all, some might. Find what makes you feel happy emotions. This is what I usually do especially when I know I'm about to have a very rocky time.
> Dont force the issue away, truly understand why you feel this way and address it. Learn from this occurrence so that you can avoid it in the future
> Talk to other humans about how you're feeling, don't push them away
> Have something/do something that you can anchor to (for me this is persisting a single task to keep my mind occupied) [Used to be placing blocks on Islands now its making pixel art ig)
> Set up an external routine ig so that you can continue to focus
> Keep up the water and food intake esp water
> Get out of bed atleast 3 times LOL
