banned from parkour world for no reason?

I've been sweating on the parkour world pretty recently- I even just built and submitted a parkour map based on ladder jumps (they're my favorite) for funzies.
I don't recall doing anything against any rules... the message I get when I try to join the parkour server is:
"You are banned from this server. Reason: Explot (#5)" ---not Exploit, Explot
"You are already connected to this server!"
Very confused, to be honest, I don't even know what "Explot (#5)" means. Never been banned from anything before, and I love the parkour world on Manacube; would never knowingly do something that would get me banned... Especially since I was just about to start building another parkour map.
Tried /helpop, it said I don't have permissions? So I'm on here now...

Please help, I am very confused ;-;

You can make a ban appeal here, and staff will explain the situation and you can appeal it at the same time.

you were banned because the server detected a lot of illegal packets from your client. Although the detection is outdated and may not be accurate for newer versions/modern clients, so i've unbanned everyone that has been banned by it (takes effect after next reboot in 14 hours)
