If its a perm ban then your best bet is to appeal at https://manacube.com/forums/ban-appeals/ or buy an unban. I don't think pleading on the forum will help.

If you change your skin and appeal letting staff know about you changing the skin, it is more likely you're gonna get your appeal accepted, good luck and go to the link mentioned above!
