I usually only play Survival, where can I find a list of all the commands that can be used? Like, what are all the options for chests? (lock, unlock, donate)

/help gives you lots of the commands.
It also has donating stuff there.

If locking the chest is not on that list. It is
/lock

If you want to give certain people access its
/cmodify [Username]
then you left click the chest you want.

To remove that its /remove.

Trapped Chests are automatically locked and so /remove to make it like a regular chest.

You need to ask the party leader to give you the permission to claim land. That'll allow you to do /p claim to claim land if he/she does give you permission to claim land.

You need them to edit ./p perms to allow your rank to claim
whether that be - recruit, + member * moderator * coleader you need these to be changed to green so you can claim and access chests
They need to be either clicked green or red fro the permission status you need to get your party leader to do this for you
