Implemented Command to see how many scrambler wins a player has

There should be a command added that shows the player how many scrambler wins they have instead of it just showing the top scrambler wins. Ex. /scrambler xolexh

Alternatively, this genuinely might help with the scrambler leaderboard resetting - If it has individual scores, like it does with McMMO and Mana, it might halt the resetting on scrambler leaderboards and provide more reliability for the stat, rather than just being a useless cosmetic that often can get reset. It can keep track of each score, rather than just the top's score, and therefore ensures everybody's position on scrambler could end up being completely saved.
