custom enchants

hi, i really believe you should add more of the customs enchants to prison, as i remember on a older server i played they were amazing and it is now on this server just they are weird as some are missing and the tiers are out of wack, as you could have like 5 tiers costing a range of xp.

just an idea as i love this mod/plugin.

More ces would be cool but I think primarily a balancing of the tiers in needed
